D-Tsing Intel is a foreign fiber separator machine for cotton Blow-room section in the spinning mills. It is actually combined machines which can detect both foreign fiber and polypropylene regardless its colored or transparent and removes the same from cotton before it goes to the carding machines.

Working Principal:
- Scanning: As the fiber flows through the pipe line, Sensors and high speedy cameras continuously scan it.
- Detection: During scanning, it detects any objects (plastic, colored material, hair etc.) that are different from cotton fiber.
- Removal: Once anything detected other than cotton, they are separated from the main flow with the help of compressed air and separated into a bin.
Foreign fibers in the spinning mill degrade the quality of yarn and cause spots and may other issue on the fabric during dyeing and finishing. Using modern separator like D-Tsing can ensure the quality of yarn and reduce production loss.
